HR and payroll, built
for Malaysia.
People, leave, attendance, claims and payroll for Malaysian employers — one system, one employee record behind all of it.
Each one keeps its own holiday calendar, leave policies and payroll. Staff who transfer between companies keep the same employee record, and you keep one login.
Approved overtime, unpaid days and reimbursed claims land in the payroll run as they are approved. HR opens the run and the figures are already there.
Punches arrive straight from the device on site, and from a phone off site with the face match done on the phone itself.
Receipts, medical certificates, supplier invoices and a new hire's IC come back as filled-in fields for someone to check. It also drafts announcements and books a room from a plain sentence.
15 modules on the same employee record
Each one is complete on its own, and shares the same people, permissions and approvals as the rest.
People
One record per employment, an org chart you can move people around in, and control down to the individual field over who sees personal, payroll and resignation details.
Onboarding
Send a link, let the new hire fill in their own details, and choose for each company which fields are required, optional or hidden.
Leave
Entitlement policies by tenure and grade, holidays, blackout dates, departmental caps, approval chains and year-end carry-forward.
Attendance
Clock in from a device on site or from a phone off site, on shift policies that set lateness, overtime and break rules per shift.
Claims
File with receipts against category budgets, send them through approval, and pay through payroll or a payment batch.
Payroll
Runs that pull unpaid days, overtime and approved claims automatically, with advances, loans and payslip delivery.
Compensation reviews
Plan increments and bonuses for a roster of employees, route the figures for approval, then release them into a payroll run.
Appraisals
Review cycles built on the measures you choose, scored by the employee and the manager against the same form.
Announcements
A company feed with polls, comments, reactions and moderation, targeted at the audience you choose.
Helpdesk
Internal tickets by category, each with its own custom fields and approval workflow, worked from a shared queue.
Assets
An asset register with locations, assignment to employees, and a handover trail for every movement.
Facilities
Bookable rooms, each with its seats and equipment recorded, so a search only returns the ones that fit the meeting.
Document vault
Per-employee documents by type, plus letter templates that merge employee data and generate PDFs in bulk on your letterhead.
Company policies
Publish a policy to the people it applies to, revise it later, and see who has acknowledged which version.
Profile changes
Employees maintain their own details; each field is set to apply immediately, need approval, or stay with HR.
The statutory work happens inside the run
Written to the published LHDN, EPF and SOCSO rules for 2026.
- PCB / MTD
- All four LHDN resident computation methods, including the 15% knowledge-worker and C-Suite rates, with bonuses treated as additional remuneration.
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS
- Contribution rates by age band and citizenship, plus the SKBBK Lindung 24 Jam employee deduction.
- TP1, TP3 & CP38
- Employee-declared reliefs, prior-employer figures for a mid-year joiner, and deduction orders applied in the run they belong to.
- EA forms
- Exempt allowances tracked against their annual caps through the year, so the excess becomes taxable at the point it is earned.
Set up once, used everywhere
Approvals, who can see what, and the change history are configured in one place and behave the same in every part of the system.
Approvals work the same everywhere
Leave, claims, overtime, tickets and profile changes all follow approval routes you set up yourself. A simple chain of approvers, or branches that run at the same time or only in certain cases, and anything can be sent back for a correction instead of being rejected.
Several companies, kept apart
Each company is set up on its own, with its own calendar, holidays, policies and payroll settings. A report you run in one company only ever contains that company's people, and moving between them is a switch at the top of the screen.
Every change is on the record
Who changed a salary, who approved an increment, who adjusted a leave balance, and when. It runs on everything and cannot be turned off for one particular change.
Self-service that works off site
Employees apply for leave, file claims and read payslips from their phone. Clocking in away from the office matches the face on the phone itself, so nothing from the scan is sent to us, and HR reviews every punch made this way.
AI on the parts that are just typing
Each one reads a document you already have and fills in a form that someone still checks and submits. Approvals and payroll figures stay with people.
Claim receipts
Photograph the receipt and the amount, currency, date and merchant come back filled in, along with a description of the expense that tells the approver what they are approving.
Medical certificates
Attach the MC to a leave request and the clinic and certified dates are read off it, then checked against the days the employee actually applied for.
Supplier invoices
One invoice becomes the assets it covers, so five laptops and two monitors arrive as seven separate records, priced and dated, ready to hand out.
IC on onboarding
A new hire photographs their MyKad and the name, IC number and address arrive typed correctly. Date of birth and gender are derived from the number itself.
Announcement drafting
It works on what you wrote: shortening it, changing the tone, suggesting a title. Dates, amounts and names come through unchanged.
Booking a room in plain words
“A room for six tomorrow after lunch” opens the booking form with the room and the times already chosen.
Comment moderation
Comments on the company feed are screened in English, Malay and Chinese, and anything questionable is held for a person to decide.
You decide what runs
AI is off for the whole account until you switch it on, and each feature above has its own switch per company. Every one of them also works the manual way, exactly as it did before you turned anything on.
