Claim reports
Claims → Reports covers the whole organization. It needs the approve all permission — it’s the finance and HR view, not a personal one.
Every tab shares the same filters: a submitted between date range, status, payout status, and a search box.
Where the money went over the period. It totals the amount claimed against the amount approved — the gap is what approvers trimmed or rejected — and breaks it down by category and by status and payout.
Use it to answer “what did we spend on travel last quarter” and to see how much approved money is still unpaid.
Claims
Section titled “Claims”The flat list of claims matching your filters, with the requester, title, totals, status, and payout status. Select any row to open the claim.
This is the tab to use when you’re chasing a specific claim rather than looking at aggregates.
Balances
Section titled “Balances”One employee’s budgets across every category — the budget, what’s used, what’s held by pending claims, and what’s left. Pick a person with Select an employee.
Payments
Section titled “Payments”Payment batches — draft, paid, and cancelled — and where they came from. This is where you create batches and mark them paid; see Pay approved claims.
Export to CSV
Section titled “Export to CSV”Export downloads the filtered claims as a CSV, one row per line item rather than per claim, so it drops straight into a spreadsheet or your accounting system.
Each row carries the claim ID, employee, title, category, expense date, original currency and amount, settled currency and amount, status, payout status, and paid date.
The export honours whatever filters you’ve set, so narrow the range first rather than exporting everything and filtering later.
